While getting to know my new baby girl Bessie, born in August 2009, I am going to attempt to develop my own range of jewellery and build my own little jewellery empire, allowing me to work from home and look after Bessie.

Previously, I was working at Victoria Buckley Jewellery on the Australian Designer Level in The Strand, Sydney.  Starting as a bench jeweller, I soon became the Boutique Manager and, as is the nature of small business, while not serving customers I also worked as a graphic designer and jewellery designer for Victoria.  I saw considerable growth in the business over two and a half years including the opening a luxurious new boutique and the development of a strong visual brand, including new packaging.  I was also responsible for visual merchandising and had the opportunity to style several photo shoots.  The website I designed and developed for Victoria Buckley Jewellery was my first.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Design from the University of NSW in 2004 after completing course work from the Industrial Design, Applied Arts and Design programs.  I majored in Graphic Design, Object Design and Jewellery Design.

I have a strong interest in beautiful design, I enjoy food and cooking, shopping, luxury hotels and travel.  I have a fascination with the Middle East, it’s food and culture and would love to live in Dubai.
